Our Wellness Experience package includes one visit with a practitioner focusing on wellness checkups and physicals. This package includes comprehensive bloodwork testing along with routine baseline vitals, an EKG, and InBody scan. Along with your test results, you will receive a care action plan. Our Premium Concierge + NPVIP packages include all of the wellness package items and full access to our healthcare team during your contract. You will receive unlimited in-office and telemd visits, InBody scans, and 15% off all additional services offered by Untamed Health. This package includes options for 6 or 12 months for individuals, couples, or families.
